The one thing that is really worth the investment for any rider and will
benefit his horse immensely is to attend on of Donna Snyder-Smith's
centered riding clinics. It is probably the best two days you can spend
for your riding and for your horse and it is by far worth the cost.

When I was playing a lot of tennis, by back went nuts. Yoga is probably
the only thing that got me through that period of my life.

***Yoga, pilates, and Feldenkrais all help w/ body awareness. There is a
good book called "Yoga for Equestrians" by Linda Benedik and Veronica Wirth.
Another good book & videos: "Centered Riding"
