[RC] knee pain - Ed Kilpatrick

i'm with truman on this one.   stirrup length and position can really make a difference.   i see a lot of people out there riding with the stirrups too short.   and those stirrup straighteners really make a difference with the torque, or side load on your knee, even with synthetic leathers.

there are other factors of course.  it depends on how much training and conditioning you do, and of course it makes a difference if your knees give you pain even if you arent riding.

heck, i am only 49,  and my knees feel great!  i hope they feel this good when i am 80.   cowboy ed
