I'm surprised that folks have their drag / safety riders pull ribbons. What
happens if you have a rider who got lost, then ended up somehow BEHIND the
drag riders....and now they have no ribbons to follow???  We always pulled
ribbons the following weekend.....after we knew we had all riders accounted
for.
