Re: [RC] heat rash - heidi

A few years ago I started getting a heat rash from riding any time the
temp got above 70. Tried lots of things (body glide, gold bond powder,
jeans, different socks, different tights, etc etc.) and nothing
helped. I finally just started riding in shorts, I have horrid tan
lines but that really isn't a priority.

I found out a few years ago that my "heat rash" was really a food allergy
that was just exacerbated by heat. Now that I've isolated the culprit
foods, I do much better. (Unless like now, when I haven't been watching
what I eat!)

Heidi
