Re: [RC] price of diesel vs. price of a shrink - gary affleck

Ok, I can't argue with you on that.  How come they haven't sued Mother Nature, she's the one that did it.  What do you have when you have 1000 attorney's up to their chins in horse crap?

No way!  To my knowledge, psychiatrists don?t ?troll? for clients.  After the train wreck/chlorine spill in Graniteville, we had attorneys from Miami cruising the hospitals, and tons of TV ads trying to lure some very vulnerable people into their offices.  Now some attorney has filed suit ?on behalf? of the tsunami victims against the National Oceanographic Institute.  The deal is that in cases like this, it?s mostly the attorneys who do well.  And in class actions, the ONLY winners are the attorneys and the named plaintiff(s).  They make millions, the class makes $3.58, if they are lucky.

OTOH, I know and have worked for some very fine attorneys who are also very fine people.  They aren?t all schmucks, but enough of them are to tar all of them with the same brush.
