I searched through yahoo and found several listings for battery powered coffee grinders.  You might try that.  Although I would think you would go through batteries like nobody's business.  Maybe a manual grinder?  The ones with a hand crank on top.  Or even the grain mill type ones that usually affix to table top for stability.  I found both via web searches.  Some of the coffee grinders were less than $25.00.  Good luck.
