Logs... With my mare it was big black rocks, about 1 or 2 feet in diameter 
when she was younger.  Today--YES I GOT TO RIDE--it was little teeny birdies 
that fly out from the grasses along the side of the trails!  About three times! 

Every time I told her "Quit--it was just a d@mm bird!"   jeri
