RE: [RC] Exercise Ball - Jim Holland

Angie….

I use the stability ball at least three times a week.  It took me a while to figure out the “correct” way to use it.  One of the most helpful videos was the Stability Ball for Dummies DVD.  It shows you not only the exercises, but the correct way to do them as well as other useful tips.  You can find it at the following Amazon link:

I also have a couple of others that are “quick” 30 minute workouts for those days that I have way too much to do.  They are the Stability Ball Quick Fix DVD and the Karen Voight BLT (butt, legs & tummy) on a ball DVD.  I think I ordered these from Amazon as well.

Good luck!

Subject: [RC] Exercise Ball

I recently purchased an exercise ball to help my balance and flexibility.  Can anyone refer me to a good source for exercises I can do with it?  The list that came with the kit isn’t very extensive.  I’d prefer videos or DVDs but books and charts would be OK too.

Thanks in advance

Angie F
