[RC] Any endurance riding/trails near Pinehurst, NC? - Suzanne Boyd

Hi,
I have family moving to Pinehurst and they are very gung-ho for me to move there too. They are horse people too, but more the type to board at a fancy barn,,,while I am more the type to keep my horses at home and care for them myself(if ya know what I mean!!) I can pretty much get a job at any hospital, so my big question is,,,,are there places to ride/condition in or near Pinehurst? I don't mind a short haul. and I don't have to be right in Pinehurst. In fact, a few hours away is not a bad thing. :)
I really love it here in Ohio, all except for the last 4 months of winter.
