[RC] re: an endurance rider's Christmas gift - Mary Krauss

My husband gave me a pair of winter-weight riding tights and my riding buddy gave me an electric lantern so I'd quit bumping around in the dark in the barn now that it's pitch-black by 4:15.... I gave the husband a shotgun (finally) and the riding buddy a gift certificate to Hought Tack. My kids gave me the best present of all: lots of happy screams and giggles, cheerful patience while waiting for one another to open each gift, and a spontaneous and heart-felt thank-you note to Santa.
