A good friend of mine is considering have a group of horse-minded
"investors" get together to raise funds and build an equine facility
for stabling purposes, to hold clinics, train/ride horses in an indoor
arena as well as giving horse riding lessons, etc.  She is quite
involved with horses and is a "trainer" in her own right (not into
endurance...she's an Appy person though).  There is a need for
this kind of facility in her region, it would be a matter of
location/acreage/price amongst many other things.
I am curious if any one may have been involved in and/or have
experienced this kind of situation so I can pass any advice/feedback
and suggestions on to my friend.
