Re: [RC] [RC] Anyone tried Brit Rider boots by Muck boot Co.? - RavenI am having a problem with my feet getting too cold when I ride Hi Carol...what kind of socks are you wearing? Are your cold getting cold cuz, they're sweating? You might want to try a pair of SmartWool socks www.smartwool.com I too....have a big problem with cold feet in the winter. My feet sweat a lot in the winter and that causes cold feet, the smartwool socks do help with that. You might also want to get a Goretex type boot, it will keep your feet dry and warm. I'm getting ready to buy a pair of Asolo Fugitive boots http://www.asolo.com/ They are the very best on the market for hiking and mountaineering (but, they are a bit ugly). They also have a heel, so I will use them for winter riding. Asolo boots are very popular with mountain climbers. They say a pair will last you a lifetime, we'll see, I tend to be very hard on my boots. Good luck!
