Re: [RC] California Statute - sehredt

I have known about this ONE LAW that actually makes sense here in the People's 
Republic of California for quite some time...but I don't know how to find the 
actual statute, etc. to PROVE it to some skeptics here in Acton.  If it has 
already been cited here, I apologize - I have been "off list" for quite some 
time - but could you PLEASE tell me how to find the actual wording and numbers, 
etc?

No, you understand the statute perfectly.  Applies to "invitees" as well. 
Only exception is where landowner is charging money.  Thank you for the
