What is a good way to teach a horse to pick up the lead you want, or to switch leads for that matter? I want to teach my horse this, but I have (surprisingly, now that I think of it) probably never ridden a horse who could switch leads on command :(

I am a little confused about where to begin so the horse understands and what signal to use.
