[RC] Checking your AERC records - Michael Maul

Russ and I discovered a "feature" - sometimes called a bug in the way weight division changes are handled in the AERC software.

It's fixed now but I'd suggest that members check on what the office records show for you. I'd do this even if you have not changed wt division or region in the past year.

If you use the ride managers lookup link at

http://www.doublejoy.com/erol/aerc/lookup/lookup.asp

enter either your AERC number or ONLY your last name in the rider box
then select from the list that will appear in the lower left.

This will show your wt division, dues status, city/state, and the horses you have in the mileage program as well as horses you are listed as having ridden since 1985.

You can list info about horses as well by entering their AERC # or only one word from their name in the horse box. The lookup does not accept spaces in names so that's why only one word can be entered.

If you find information that needs changing - you can update it from your members page login.

If you have any problems concerning login to your members page - let me know.

Mike
