Short and stout. Missing from Albuquerque NM - South Valley Rio Grande HS area (Bordered by South Coors-Arenal-Tapia-Atrisco-Blake) Please call 505 934-1984 with ANY sightings, etc. We fed him Thursday morning, Dec. 1st. When we came home at 1 p.m. he was gone and the gate had been opened. This happened to my neighbor abour a month ago- three horses were let loose. We have notified NM Livestock, Animal Control AND the Sheriff- but they have not received a single call of a sighting- which is VERY odd. Do you think you can post this someplace on the APPY Network perhaps?? I would really appreciate it. I would love to get him back. He has an M8 brand on his right hindquarters. His name is Cliffton and he is one of those hard-to-catch spooks easily. However- he does NOT kick or bite. He MAY come up for an apple treat - he will streettchhhh out his neck...and when you go to move your arm he may wheel away and put his rear to you- but if you STEADY him- by placing your hand on his butt- he may not really RUN off.
