Re: [RC] Shoe Size - Zephyr ArabiansMy horses are all barefoot, and I would have no idea what size shoes they'd wear anyway (except Ground Controls for one of them). But, in Easyboot sizes (the new ones <g>), my two actively competing endurance horses -- a 14.1 mare & 15.1 gelding -- wear size 1 in front & size 0 in back. My stallion, who has the most perfectly shaped big round feet (part of why I bought him) wears size 2 in the rear and size 3 on his fronts. Yep, size 3. He's right around 15 hands, FWIW. The rest of my horses are somewhere in those ranges. I have one mare who might be 0s in front and another who is at least size 2, but mostly I'd say they're 1/0 front/back.
