[RC] Veterinarians: Underpaid - cynthia hamberg

Hi All:
Earlier this week I brought up an important topic which some of you have 
responded
to--thank you.  But, I would like to hear from people in regions 
other than PS (PS keep sending ideas)...My thoughts are that we should raise 
money 
through AERC dues to help give our ride vets a "year end bonus."
We need to retain these hard working, highly educated people.
The LD/BC issue is getting too much internet/Ridecamp time.  Let's focus on
something where we can make a difference, and ultimately improve our
rides, the quality of our sport, and the safety of the competitors.
