[RC] Rain gear - smuncy

About rain gear,  check out Cabelos - They had (couple years ago), a good gortex* suit,   pants and jacket, light weight, for about $100.00, .  If riding in such, (pants,) suggest using 'gaitors', half chaps to keep legs of pants in place, or pant clips. Or, duct tape around ankles, ( go ahead, laugh; but it works). If doing this just make sure, pant leg exrends over shoe, boot - or water will into them.Jacket and pants - both light weight, easily packed away, if need be; but also, warm if layered. Just get size to allow layering.
If serious about cold, wet winter riding, first off, may I ask WHY? (Just kidding, to each, his own,), but check out ski apparrel -jackets. Stephanie M
