Re: [RC] conditioning - Truman PrevattI have always ridden with some sort of eye protection. When I rode with the contacts I either had on sun glasses or safety glasses you use around the horse. I rode with glasses for a long time. Since I've had implants, I again ride with sunglasses or safety glasses.I was on a 100 in Feb one time. It gets dark early in Feb. Night had fallen and I was on a trail with a lot of overhang of oak branches. A twig from a tree limb got between my face and my glass frames and lifted those suckers right off. Lucky for me I had picked up a Jr. sponsorship at the previous vet check. If I had not had a set of good eyes to spot them hanging from the tree, I might either still be out there looking for them or have given up and still be out there looking for my way home. Without correction I need sonar and radar.
