Another poster already pointed you toward good info.  Personally, I eat very
little during a ride, even a 100-mile ride.  A little trail mix, maybe a
hard-boiled egg or a small cinnamon roll at a vet check, nothing in between.  I
have very little appetite during the ride and if I force myself to eat I'll get
sick.  I make sure to drink plenty of fluids, though.
