[RC] Oro pics today after little shampoo ... - Cat ^. .^ ~I had the vet out today to be get help if necessary to clean these wounds up. He has been very defensive about handling since he got the stuffing kicked out of him almost four weeks ago. The vet checked for cracked ribs, sore places, etc., and the vet says he is doing much better after more than 3 weeks .... and is okay to ride. We spot shampooed him and rinsed areas that were healing up and you can see from the pics he has more weight and appears to be healing up. Vet didn't find any problems. Vet checked that eye that he can't appear to see very well out of and says he can't find anything unusual about it. I think he see much better out of one eye than the other, but what do I know. http://public.fotki.com/fayskelley/oro/ I spent just a few minutes in each direction with the long line in the cathedral of the pines ... great circular place with pine needles surrounded by lovely pines ... and he didn't do very well. He didn't want to do anything and he did just fine before. After we got a few successful revolutions on each side, ended on a good note and he is resting happily in his stall this evening. Barefoot trimmer is coming out tomorrow a.m. and I am thinking about tacking him up before then and see how he does.
