[RC] Ground Flax - Mom Alexander - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

It can take a while. What I also had to do was during midge season (Mar/Apr to
Sept/Oct) I have to stall her from dusk til dawn with a fan to keep the air
circulating.  Midges are weak flyers.

I too did the MTG and it worked some. I've also shampoo'd with iodine, or any
other medicated shampoo I could find. Every 2 weeks I'd put the spot on stuff
on her. And at the beginning of the allergy season if I don't catch it in time
I have to give her a cortosone shot and allergy pills for 2 weeks. I'd never
seen anything like this before so it caught me by surprise this year. I'm
hoping the flax helps enough and maybe I won't have to stall her.

I live in Tulsa OK and the last couple of years we didn't get much in the way
of killing freezes so the bugs were pretty bad this year. Even had flies up
until just a couple weeks ago.

I grew up in FL and you are right they have some bugs there not to be
believed...my all time favorite are the kamakazie cockroaches that will fly
right at you. And they stick something awful when you step on them.
