[RC] Boots and vetting in - long - Jonni

----- Original Message ----- From: Jessica Spoone-Raines>>>I asked if I
should present at vet in with or without easyboots. I was told without
easyboots so they could look at his hooves carefully. Well he managed to
stone bruise his foot on the way to the vet in, went lame at the trot out
and wasn't allowed to enter.<<<

Goodness, I hope you are not trying to blame someone else for your horse
being lame. Be sure to read the latest vet forum article in the AERC Nov.
Magazine. This quote is one we should all remember : "Never let someone
else's opinion override your good judgment." Sounds like you had poor
judgment to walk your horse over to the vet without hood protection, if he
so easily stone bruised.

We learn something at every ride. Even those we do not get to start.

Jonni
