[RC] more horseback "ettiquette" - Dot Wiggins

I guess I'm too much from the old school of safe and considerate
horsemanship.
We were brought up believing it was never acceptable to "over run" or charge
up on any other riders.   You caught up "softly", and went by as smoothly as
possible.  And did not take off at a gallop, but eased away, speeding up out
aways.

Even a new green horse usually won't be unduly upset this way.

(This rule does not apply on the race track)    VBG
