[RC] GL - Ridecamp Guest

So it sounds like you could use the Gl after the ride to speed up recovery
and lesson the catabolic reaction, but you don't necessarily "have" to use
it during the ride.  Since I am a conservitive rider, I'm not sure I want to
do the Gl during the ride. Is this possible? Thanks, Louise>

Sure. And if you're afraid of GL, use brown sugar, honey, and/or carrots--just 
get the fast-acting carbs in immediately after. If you can find a place to get 
BCAAs, add them to the mix. GL is simply a convenient way of getting the job
