[RC] more costume ideas - Carol Suggs

I saw some really cute ones:

Using a sleezy or an old stable sheet, buy a bunch of silk flowers, pop the heads off and hot glue to the sheet so that the sheet is covered in flowers and greenery.  Rider dresses up as a bumble bee or butterfly.  Totally cute.

Same idea but paint the sheet or sleezy in tree camo colors and rider dresses up like a bird with a nest around the riders waist.

At mule days (I think it as mule days) one year I saw a motorcycle costume. The horse was the motorcycle and for the reins they had sticks attached to the reins covered in tin foil and curved so that they looked like the handle bars of a chopper.  They had a black drape over the horse and had a cardboard wheel on either side by the horses hip and somehow using the breast collar as an anchor they made out of tin foil a "chopper fork" that stuck out of the front of the horse with a cardboard wheel attached.  The rider dressed up in black leather.  Hard to explain but it was really creative.
