There will be an endurance seminar at the Hale
Arena, 16998 Evergreen Rd, Cottonwood on March 5, 2005. Watch the nickel
paper or call the arena for more information. I will put an ad in the
Nickel in about 2 weeks when we will have more details. Cost will be $10
per adult and there will be a family and youth rate not yet determined.
Vendors present will be Cool Tack, Snug-Pak, Hought tack and Silver Lining
herbs. Cost for a vendor will be $25. Hot Lunch will be available
for a small fee. Attendees need to bring a chair, pen and paper, and wear warm
clothes. So far our speakers are: Dr Rob Lydon speaking on vet
checks, whats and whys, BC exams and preparing your horse for these, Eric
Hought on training the endurance horse, Tammy Nute on saddle fit. We
will get 2 or 3 more. Please come and try to bring a friend. The
