I apologize for saying "whining."  I hate it when people
do that to me.  It's been a *really* *BAD* month here and
I am similarly frustrated with the determined obliviousness
with which so many trail riders approach other user groups
and equine political questions in general.

I've just checked the TN Horse Council's web page.
They've stated their priorities for this year.  Guess
what.  It's (drumroll):   A-n-i-m-a-l C-r-u-e-l-t-y
