[RC] Too many messages from AERC - Michael Maul

Computers make it easy to make really big mistakes.

Russ changed the AERC mailing system last night so that a message would go out to only new members in 2005.

Something in what Russ changed put the system to work sending out multiple copies of the same email all night to everyone in our records.

My apologies to all who have received the multiple copies for the error.
