[RC] Pull Codes - Val Nicoson

In reading this discussion about RO, RO-M, RO-L, I as
a newbie to this sport am getting confused. Seems to
me (IMHO...no flames please) that this can really get
like our political arena is.
For example--I got to ride a 30 mile CTR ride and at
the first VC the horse had sore hamstrings. I was
instructed to massage him out at which point he showed
me how sore he was. Went to the vet and pulled.
Although the vet had given us permission to continue
on...I opted not to based upon the horse's condition
as in a "let's be safe and not continue on".
So although this could be classified RO-M or RO-L...I
would think it was really an RO (again, IMHO) based on
the fact that we were cleared to continue had I wanted
to.
My .02 worth,
Val
