That's apparently why it works for many headaches. :) FWIW, I'm yet another person with upper back, shoulder and neck pain and mild scoliosis -- I had forgotten all about it until I had a cubicle job and between that and stress I started wrenching my shoulder around and I'm now visibly crooked; chiro & stretching (and now getting out of the cubicle) improved the pain, but the crookedness seems to be sticking around (really irritates dressage instructors). I also suffer from headaches on occation. When they start they'll often become daily for a while, then go away completely for long periods. Riding has NEVER aggrivated my back or my head. In fact, I went to one 50 with a seriously tweaked back (had been having back/shoulder spasms all that week) and after sleeping on the rock hard futon mattress in my gooseneck and then riding all day my back felt better than it had in a week. :) ~Nicole (playing catch-up on over 1000 emails in my inbox...)
