bruce, i am really not in that bad of shape considering everything. i am
thorough in rehab after all surgeries. that is the key!!! you have to push
yourself beyond what is prescribed, but wisely. my previous surgeries have all
been very successful. i have very little problems with those. wish i had had
them done sooner rather than later. but THE Spine is a different beast. i have
been going to chiro's on and off since 1972. have wonderful ortho doc's that
are not knife happy. have great massage therapist. the absolute best thing that
i have done for pain, muscle tone, without too much stress and to develop body
balance is YOGA [pillates]. you will see less need for the chiro and the
massage therapy and possibly no need at all. the chiro is good for a few
things, but they can also do damage in cases with diseased spines. massage
seems to be short term therapeutic relief [how sweet it is!!!] yoga
stretches, strengthens and balances the body with low stress. what are some
brand names for the supplements you recommend?: mike
