I would be more than willing to discuss the
subject but to do so at this point with all the hysteria and finger pointing
would be , as they say, like a tempest in a teapot. And I care enough about
my tea to not want to spoil it.
There are many pros and cons on the subject
and it deserves a rational explanation. I, personally will ask our President to
issue a full explanation to the membership.This would be done on the AERC
Members forum rather than on RC.

Laura, Mike, and Susan for posting on the endurance lists concerning the fee
hike topics being discussed. I would love to hear comments from other
board members that subscribe to this list concerning the recent posts on this
subject. There certainly must be more then three board members that
would be willing to join in this discussion.
