I just ordered a pair of the Nettles Trailblazer stirrups.  You can see them

I tried the EZ Rides and they just felt weird to me.  I know a lot of people 
like them but they were just too different from what I am used to (traditional 
western stirrups).  So, I'm going to give these a try.

I'll let you know what I think of them.  They are pricy though.  : (

Anyone else using them?
