Hi Natalie,

LOL.....I actually meant to type "Skito" instead of Cashel. The one you mentioned below is in fact the one I'm looking at, other than the Have A Heart pad. :)

The Have A Heart pad has two layers of closed cell foam that are removable, so the thickness is somewhat adjustable. I also like that it doesn't have padding right over the spine, and can be attached to an existing pad so it doesn't move around.

Have you used the Skito one? Did it work, and stay in place?

Hi Jennifer,
Have you tried these?
http://carouseltights.com/pro_description.htm  They make 1/2 inch thick models 
in a few styles, and I like that the foam compresses where there is more 
pressure, incase even 1/2 inch is too much. I like the idea of the Have a 
heart, but have not tried them.
