RE: [RC] EZ Boot Buckles Popping Open - Linda Cowles

I recently switched from using Boa boots to Epics on my mare.......I

noticed that the ones I bought did not come with Cotter pins... I am
planning on ordering the Cotter pins, but I was just wondering  what might
be causing the buckles to pop open.
       

You can get cotter pins from most hardware stores - just take a boot

along to make sure the pin fits through the hole.
       
I'm too cheap to buy cotter pins, so I use small paper clips. I slip them
through the holes and twist them once or twice.
