[RC] SE riders: Roscoe Weeks - rides2far

To those in the SE. Just talked to Glenda Weeks. She & Roscoe have just
had the *worst* luck lately. Several surgeries between them, and now
Roscoe has had 2 annurisms. He went on a motorcycle trip out west and had
to be brought back when it happened. He's had one surgery, and will have
to have another. She said he won't be riding any time soon, having some
coodination problems.

Due to all the *stuff*...Glenda needs to get a few horses sold. I've seen
them and they're all *nice*. Please read the list and get the word out.
If you want to send Roscoe a card (good idea!) since he's having *more*
surgery it's 2450 Word Mt. Rd. Grant AL 35747-8234 phone is 256 728-4246

There are 2 endurance bred 4 yr. old mares, both sweepstakes. One gray,
one chestnut. Both out of very successful endurance dams: the chestnut is
out of Atir Waldt (straight CMK)...something like 32 completions, almost
all top 5, 2nd in National Championship 50 (this is from memory...check
her record yourself). The gray is out of Carol Hick's Gully's mare which
did 100's and all of Outlaw Trail. They're both by Glenda's Polish
stallion, Wiebaton. (I have photos of both mares if you want to see them)

Also, bay 9 yr. old gelding, 14.2, recently had 30 days professional
training. (if I recall correctly, dark bay, maybe a bro to Wiebaton?)

4 yr. old bay gelding.

If you know anyone in the SE who might be interested, try and help with a
referral. Glenda & Roscoe are great folks and it just stinks to see so
many bad things happening to them.
