Trust me, this is one good organization. I don't see the BoD as "the bad guys" at all. But "the good guys" sometimes do bad things, and closing their e-mail discussions away from the view of their constituents is IMO a "bad thing." So is pressuring Directors to not "compromise the confidentiality of the Board" by revealing what is being discussed in private.
