For those of you that are using the easyboot epics
are your horses developing scratches after endurance rides? So far the last 2
rides I have done my horse has developed a case of scratches. After the first
ride it took me almost 3 weeks for it to get all cleared up, now he's got
another case of them. I am wrapping his feet and legs w/ vet wrap and am
wondering if the vet wrap is generating too much heat and that is why he's
gotten scratches? If I don't wrap his feet/legs the gaiters on the epics will
rub him raw. Any input on how to prevent the scratches and or rubbing I would
really appreciate it.
