[RC] CTR & Judging - mkrumlaw

Unlike AERC there are many governing bodies for CTR in the US. Each of
these body's rule books can/are be significantly different. I usually
ride under OAATS rules (www.oaats.org see rules) and there is no judging
of the rider or how a horse goes over a particular area of the trail.
When competing in a CTR ride I make it a point to read their current rule
book before entering if I'm riding under an organization I'm not as
familar with.
