By the way, I hate cross ties.  If I had my way, I would remove each and 
every one for every barn in the country, period no exceptions.  Even for 
detailed grooming, you can teach a horse to stand quietly.  It is much 
safer.

Thank you Ed, someday I will perfect "ground tying" but that is another 
lesson!
