[RC] Technology at race tracks - Steve Elliot \(Equine Performance\)when I left heart monitors at the race tracks here in cal. I went back a week later and they were hung up on the wall and were not using them but when I ask the trainer he said in Australia they use them religiously and have great results and win all the American races with their well trained horses. IN fact my study there found one horse with a lower working heart rate that next day that horse won the Race Do you know what the answer was from the US owners? Steve, we have a certain amount of horses for Taxes that have to be in our culling process. Meaning adios!!!
