Re: [RC] BCA and learning - sandy . l . holder

I've really enjoyed 99% of Ridecamp with the exception of you so I'm sure you'll have a self satisfied grin in learning that I'm unsubscribing until you go away.

Too bad, I was going to ask your perspective and attempt a discussion with you on Branch Chained Amino Acids and the effect of supplementation on the endurance (equine) athlete.

You should have, eh? Instead, you chose to do something else, didn't you? You can always expect consistent and appropriate responses from me, including this one.

Meanwhile, why do you think your education in BCAA application should be a concern of mine? Do I owe you something? Have you given me something, other than self-satisfied sanctimonious abuse, that I need to repay? I ALWAYS pay my debts, as instantly as possible.

Get real.
