Check truck stops (Flying J comes to mind)....they carry all kinds of stuff
to run off your vehicle's battery and I have seen fans, too.  We bought one
and attached it to the wall in the gooseneck... worked great and didn't run
the battery down at all.  Even when I forgot and left it on all day once.
Dang, that was a couple of trailers ago....I need to get another one!
