[RC] Opinions on Gaston Mercier, Stonewall, or other saddles? - kazevedo

Hello Ridecampers!

The time has come to begin the quest for a new saddle for my
narrow-backed
arab. I've been looking into Gaston Mercier or Stonewall and was wondering if
anyone has any experience with these particular saddles, or if anyone has any
other saddle suggestions. I'd like to stick with a traditional treed saddle,
and one that can be custom made for the horse. I also really like when a
saddle company offers trial periods-- It might be hard to buy a saddle (even if
it is custom fit) without having ridden in it on the trail.

Thanks for any help!

Katie
