[RC] Spot On fly control - Amber Roberts

We used to use the products sold by vets that you pour on the horses, but found the same product in bulk at a feed/tack store.  It's Martin's Fly-Ban Synergized Pour-On.  There is a similar product that can be used for cows, so if you can buy this, be sure it's the Synergized Pour-On.  We use a strout plastic syringe to apply it to the horse's top line, ears, forehead and down the center of the face a little way, and behind the lower legs (where they can't reach it).  We apply this every 2 weeks and it costs about $2 an application.  I forget what it costs at a vet's, but remember that it's a lot more expensive than Martin's.
