Whoa....I must have missed something....are you guys saying that the sun sensitive horse was a chestnut???? and that maybe chestnut has something to do with it????  My horse is also a chestnut.  Come to think of it, Aries, a mare I have, she is a chestnut and she will toss her head from time to time.  Interesting...hmmmm.

the third one is one we bred; she no longer does this due to the very
careful and effective training she has received from her new owner. My
