You can syringe the hoof supplement down.  Here's how I do it with my
horse.  If the supplement is a powder just put it in a syringe with the
tip cut off, mix in a little water and down it goes!  It takes two
syringes for my horses joint supplement but the stuff is just too darn
expensive to waste.
