Big Heartgirth means the ribs are really well-sprung, as in very wide, therefore the shoulder muscles and shoulder itself is extraordinarily wide. A wider girth won't help to accommodate this problem (see Louise Burton's response acknowledging having a similar problem with her NSH's). Any ideas?
